Due to popular demand, I guess I should write a thing or two about my life's story....
I nearly forgot a hilarious incident that happened on Sunday. Dian and I were craving for maggi mee so we decided to sneak downstairs to cook. Mum was snoring away and Dad was enjoying his happy hours. Perfect.......no one can 'catch' us.....as Dian always put it, the mouse (in this case, mice) comes out to play while the cat(s) is sleeping/out.....LOL
It's a bit hard to sneak around in this new house.....unlike the old hse back in Lembah Ledang......it's so big and full of places to play 'hide and seek'. Anyways, back to the story, I did the cooking.......proceeded to enjoy the yummylicious Asam Laksa Maggi.......halfway eating and chatting with Dian......heard the distinctive sound of the automatic gate opening......."TAKKKK"........Dian looked at me , I looked at her and we jumped out of our seats and got to 'work'......she took the bowl in which we were feasting away while I took the pot of noodles into her room (her room was in the kitchen).....
Bloody hell!!!! It was such a funny sight.......we sat still in her room in the dark for some time, trying not to giggle, in case my dad heard.......a few minutes later heard his footsteps....came into the kitchen to heat up his meal......Dian and I looked at each other with big eyes filled with worried mischief........weird combo.....i know......
When dad was out of the kitchen, we decided to continue our 'feast' in Dian's room....asked her turn on a night light.......
Let me tell you this.....Maggi never tasted SO GOOD!!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Yes, I am pretty sure about it.....even dian admitted it.......when you are sneaking around, afraid of getting caught while trying to eat Maggi, (i bet it doesn't stop at maggi but other things too!) heh.... damn......it really heightens the taste buds.......... .....I nicely slurped away *quietly* enjoying the fanTabulous tasting maggi......
Just to let you in on a little 'secret'......it ain't the first time.........the last time we were NEARLY caught was when we were in the old hse.....had to run all the way to Dian's room (again) and hid the pot and bowls in her cupboards cause the 'cat' (my mum) decided to get up............dian's clothes ended up smelling of maggi man.....again, maggi never tasted that good......!!!
Well, isn't true......the 'forbiddenness' of something ALWAYS makes it more exciting..........that is the lesson I have learnt......
